What is Circle.conect?

A marketplace that connects travellers with verified local tour guides and tourism agencies. It starts in Kenya and is built to work anywhere.

How is a guide verified?

The guide uploads a government ID and a guiding licence or first-aid certificate, and adds their years guiding. A reviewer checks the documents and either verifies the guide or explains what is missing. Only verified guides can be booked.

Can I book a guide who is not verified yet?

No. A guide under review shows as such, and the booking is refused until they are verified.

How is the price set?

Each listing is priced per group. You choose the guide, the day and the number of guests; the price and the platform fee are shown in full before you send the request.

Who can leave a review?

Only the traveller on a booking, and only once the trip has happened. One review per trip.

I run a tourism agency. Can my guides join under us?

Yes. An agency can build a roster of guides and invite guides to join it. Each guide is still verified individually.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Circle.conect runs in your browser, and you can add it to your home screen like an app.
